Because these models are made from lightweight, high impact foam they're durable, and won't break easily - of course they aren't indestructable, so bouncing them off walls is likely to damage them. With on-board rechargeable batteries, the model is generally charged direct from the hand controller, meaning they don't need mains chargers, and can be recharged at the flying site. Recharging is simple, just pop the flat battery into the rear of the simple 3 button transmitter and you're done. No undercarriage, so it's a hand launch and belly landing for simplicity. Easy to fly, just hold the power button to climb, release to descend and tap the left or right buttons to turn.
